Role Description The Junior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating inventory and supply chain tasks, tracking orders, and assisting with production scheduling for pharmaceutical skin care products. The Junior Operations Manager helps streamline workflows between internal teams and external distributors, prepares reports on operational performance, and supports compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role also involves documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with implementation of operational changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Operational and administrative skills, including coordination of inventory, order tracking, and workflow documentation. - Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes, with the ability to support production scheduling and distributor communication. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. - Proficiency with productivity software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, ERP or inventory systems). - Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners. - Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Post-secondary education in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. - Experience or interest in pharmaceutical, skin care, or health-related industries is an asset. Salary - $55,000 to $65,000 - Semi-annual bonus; based on performance
