Job description

About Dialogue

Dialogue is the #1 virtual care provider in Canada. By developing our Integrated Health Platform🅫, we provide exceptional online health and wellness programs (primary care, mental health, iCBT, EAP, and wellness) to organizations that want to improve the wellness of their employees and families.

When it comes to our work, we set the bar high. Together, we’re transforming health and helping millions improve their well-being. We’re firm believers that great people don’t settle on:

  • Impact
  • Community
  • Growth
  • Excellence

Feel like you can make a difference? Good news, we saved you a seat!

Come as you are. As a proud equal-opportunity employer, Dialogue is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone. Qualified applicants will be considered regardless of citizenship, ethnicity, race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status. Applicants who require specialized accommodation are encouraged to contact accessibility@dialogue.co.

Your role as an Independent In-Person EAP Provider

Dialogue is looking for independent licensed professionals with an in-person practice in Canada to contribute to our mission of helping people improve their well-being.

As a provider within our EAP network, you will have the opportunity to receive client case referrals as a complement to your current practice. Given that the referrals will be sent based on demand in your area, there is no guaranteed number of referrals.

Come and join our exceptional team in our journey to help millions of Canadians receive the highest quality of care!

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving client case referrals based on demand in your area
  • Providing consultations using a short-term, solution and goal-focused approach to various clients consulting for different mental health-related topics
  • Helping clients identify, understand, and overcome personal challenges and achieve their individual objectives
  • Empowering clients to talk openly about their challenges and creating a judgment-free environment
  • Assisting clients in finding external resources complementary to our services (if needed)

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • University degree in a field related to counselling (e.g., psychology, social work, psychoeducation, career counselling, sexology, criminology)
  • A professional license and a valid professional insurance
  • Access to an office in Canada to provide in-person sessions
  • Experience with or an interest in providing short-term counselling
  • Experience providing intervention or coaching services to couples, families, or individuals aged 14 and older (an asset)
  • A good knowledge of community resources (an asset)

What we can offer

  • A complement to your private practice and a way to diversify your clientele
  • Flexibility to accept referrals based on your own schedule
  • Simple case management with our secure online platform and easy payment
  • A caring and responsive support team
  • Exclusive Dialogue benefits throughout the duration of our collaboration
