Landscape Maintenance Foreman (Seasonal)

Are you passionate about working outdoors and leading a hardworking, collaborative crew? At Team Horizon, our Landscape Maintenance teams take pride in creating and caring for landscapes our clients love. We’re a supportive group of professionals who bring energy, skill, and attention to detail to every property.
This seasonal leadership role typically runs from March/April through October or November. We are looking for a leader to finish out our season and we have some availability for year round work before next season.
As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you’ll lead a dedicated crew while working closely with the Maintenance Field Manager. You’ll be hands-on in the field, guiding your team, ensuring quality work, and helping bring divisional goals to life — all while enjoying the outdoors.

Physical Requirements
This is a 100% labour-based role requiring lifting 50+ lbs and repetitive bending, crouching, twisting, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Work Environment
Your office is outdoors — rain or shine. Shifts are 4 x 10-hour days, giving you a 3-day weekend. Dress for the weather and embrace the elements.
This role typically runs spring through October or November with some availability for year round work for the right candidate.
