Job description
ACG Construction is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to assist with day-to-day activities. This role involves a variety of tasks to support our team in maintaining and managing our properties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Shop Maintenance:
- Clean and organize the shop daily to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
Logistics:
- Load and unload trailers with necessary tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.
- Ensure all items are securely packed and transported to avoid damage.
Site Preparation:
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for each job site.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down work areas at various sites.
Support Tasks:
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project needs and progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Handyman / Renovation skills are plus.
- Mechanical Skills are a plus.
