We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day Human Resources operations. This position is responsible for HR administration, payroll support, employee lifecycle processes, health and safety coordination, HR reporting, and maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing administrative excellence with employee support What You Will Be Doing: - Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely, professional, and confidential support. - Support full-cycle recruitment and deliver a welcoming, engaging onboarding experience for new team members. - Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data. - Support employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, and learning and development initiatives. - Assist with the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Help ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices. - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support employee experience and organizational growth. Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 1+ years of progressive HR administration experience. - CHRP designation completed or in progress. - Experience supporting payroll and/or Health & Safety is an asset. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Professional, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - A team player who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
