Position Overview We are seeking a high-impact, builder-minded Insurance Systems, Training & Compliance Specialist to join our team as we venture into Ontario! This is a grassroots role—a rare opportunity to step into a blank canvas environment where you will help define how we train, operate, audit, and scale. You will work across systems (including Epic), compliance, workflows, and service, acting as a connector between people, processes, and technology.
