Job Title: Senior SAP CRM Consultant / Specialist Company: Cogency Inc. Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Interview Process: Final Round In-Person Interview Required Job Summary Cogency Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior SAP CRM Consultant / Specialist to support a large-scale Mortgage Origination transformation initiative for a leading Banking and Financial Services client. The successful candidate will play a key role in the functional design, configuration, customization, and implementation of a custom SAP CRM Mortgage Origination solution, supporting the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle, including Account Origination, Adjudication, and Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SAP CRM experience, strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0, Web UI, One Order Framework, Business Partners, BRF+, Pricing, and Banking Services, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and solution design capabilities. Key Responsibilities SAP CRM Functional Consulting - Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CRM solutions. - Configure SAP CRM modules and customize standard functionality to meet business needs. - Support end-to-end solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Mortgage Origination Solution - Design and implement SAP CRM solutions supporting the complete Mortgage Origination lifecycle. - Configure workflows supporting: - Account Origination - Mortgage Applications - Credit Adjudication - Fulfillment - Loan Processing - Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize lending and mortgage processes. SAP CRM Modules & Frameworks - Configure and enhance SAP CRM 7.0 and Web UI applications. - Work extensively with: - Business Partners (BP) - Bank Services - Opportunity Management - Case Management - Quotations - Due Diligence Processes - One Order Framework - Configure CRM organizational models, transactions, and business processes. Business Rules & Pricing - Configure and enhance SAP Pricing procedures. - Develop and maintain BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) rules for business decision automation. - Configure UI Component Sets and Web UI customizations. - Support pricing enhancements and business rule implementation. Integration & Solution Design - Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers and integration teams. - Define functional specifications for custom developments. - Support integration with: - SAP ECC/S4HANA - Enterprise APIs - Third-party banking systems - Mortgage platforms - Participate in solution architecture and integration workshops. Testing & Deployment - Prepare functional specifications and test scenarios. - Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployments. - Troubleshoot functional defects and coordinate issue resolution. - Support production stabilization and hypercare activities. Stakeholder Management - Conduct workshops with business users, product owners, and technical teams. - Provide functional leadership throughout project execution. - Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer. - Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and user guides. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. - 8+ years of SAP CRM functional consulting experience. - Strong expertise in: - SAP CRM 7.0 - SAP CRM Web UI - One Order Framework - Business Partners (BP) - Bank Services - Opportunity Management - Case Management - Quotations - Hands-on experience configuring: - Pricing - BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) - UI Component Sets - Experience supporting Mortgage Origination or Lending solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP CRM functional architecture. - Experience preparing Functional Specifications and Solution Design Documents. - Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Banking Services. - Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite. - Experience working with SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications. - Experience integrating SAP CRM with external lending or mortgage platforms. - Exposure to REST APIs and OData Services. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP debugging and technical design. - Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
