HIRING: SALES MANAGER – CONTAINER & LOGISTICS DIVISION ATL Heavy Haul Inc. provides International Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) services throughout Canada and the United States. We are committed to quality service and building long-term relationships with our customers and partners. Our motto: Respect trucks, employees, and customers as valuable assets. ATL Heavy Haul Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Container & Logistics to grow our transportation business. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and experience developing long-term customer relationships. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, fleet clients, brokers, and partners. • Identify new business opportunities in container transportation and logistics services. • Generate leads and create sales strategies to increase company growth. • Understand customer needs and provide customized freight and transportation solutions. • Prepare and present sales proposals and service packages. • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities. • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. • Work with operations teams to deliver efficient transportation solutions. • Track sales performance and report progress regularly. • Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and sales skills. • Ability to build customer trust and relationships. • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of trucking, containers, freight, and logistics industry. • Experience with sales software and computer systems. QUALIFICATIONS: • 3+ years experience in trucking, logistics, transportation, or fleet sales. • Container sales experience preferred. • Inside sales and lead generation experience. • Customer service and account management experience. • Business Administration, Sales, or related education preferred.
