Job Title: Enterprise Systems & Tools Architect

Role Summary
We are hiring for an Enterprise Systems and Tools Architect to help transform and modernize enterprise systems, tooling, and operating processes. In this role, you will assess existing workflows, design scalable system architectures, and drive platform improvements that enable better collaboration, visibility, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing enterprise tooling, workflows, and information architecture across multiple business functions.
- Identify process inefficiencies, redundant workflows, and opportunities for system integration and optimization.
- Design a future-state systems and workflow architecture that improves collaboration, governance, and delivery effectiveness.
- Build scalable information flows that support organizational visibility and informed decision-making.
- Recommend and prioritize improvements across enterprise platforms including Jira, GitHub, Airtable, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, and AWS.
- Develop automation strategies that streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.
- Deliver prototypes, proofs-of-concept, or pilot implementations demonstrating measurable business value.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align architecture with strategic objectives.
- Create implementation roadmaps and governance recommendations for long-term platform evolution.
- Support organizational change initiatives by promoting best practices for enterprise tooling and workflow adoption.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, platform architecture, or systems integration.
- Strong experience designing enterprise operating models and workflow architectures.
- Proven experience with process optimization and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration and delivery platforms.
- Strong knowledge of systems integration and scalable information architecture.
- Experience working with Jira, GitHub, Airtable, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, AWS.
- Experience developing automation and integration strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex organizations and deliver practical, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Experience with data strategy, reporting, and enterprise analytics.
- Experience building prototypes or pilot solutions to validate architectural improvements.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow automation and intelligent collaboration platforms.
- Experience working with Agile delivery organizations and cross-functional product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise platform or software engineering organizations.
- Certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Agile, Program Management, or IT Service Management are considered an asset.
