  • Develop end-to-end RPA solutions by creating reusable objects, workflows, and processes.
  • Establish and maintain automation development standards and reusable components to accelerate future bot development.
  • Ensure solutions meet business, security, and quality requirements.

Business Process Analysis

  • Facilitate process discovery and process mapping sessions.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business workflows, assessing feasibility, risks, and expected benefits of automation initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive business and technical process documentation.

  • Build and maintain interfaces between enterprise applications and automation platforms.
  • Ensure all solutions are developed in alignment with established development standards and best practices.

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement process improvements and enhancements based on changing business requirements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and expand automation capabilities.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Participate in automation governance processes, including design reviews, architecture reviews, and reusability assessments.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
  • Support documentation, testing, deployment, and change management activities.

Reporting & Performance Metrics

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for automated processes.
  • Measure automation effectiveness, operational savings, and business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on automation performance and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end automation projects from design through deployment.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing requirements with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

  • Strong programming experience with C#, Visual Basic (.NET), SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and solution architecture.
  • Experience creating reusable automation frameworks and components.

Core Competencies

Success Measures

The successful candidate will

  • Deliver high-quality automation solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Develop reusable automation assets that accelerate future implementations.
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and identify new automation opportunities.
