The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end HR function, including HR business partners, payroll, culture and employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. This is a high-autonomy position that demands the ability to create and implement HR strategy and programs from the ground up, in alignment with the company's goals. The VP of HR will work closely with executive leadership, drive operational discipline, and ensure that the HR function scales effectively with the business. Key metrics for success in this role include employee engagement, time-to-hire, and attrition, all of which have a direct impact on the company's performance and growth. Applicants for the VP of HR role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in high-growth SaaS environments. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in improving key people metrics and a broad functional experience across all HR areas. The ideal candidate will be a strategic builder, capable of developing HR infrastructure and programs, and will be comfortable with a hands-on approach. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree or MBA, along with relevant HR certifications, is preferred. The role demands a professional who can operate with full autonomy, is adept at driving process improvement, and is committed to maintaining a highly compliant and secure work environment.
