Lead Consultant(Development)

Key Responsibilities

• As part of the HCL consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Accountable for all Payroll-related deliverables across the project in the following on SAP EC Payroll solution.
• Lead technical and functional discussions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (UK Specifically) and SAP HCM Payroll for US,APAC, ANZ or EMEA (Or Any European Countries).
• Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Responsible for ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
