Une entreprise bien établie dans l’industrie de l’apparel / outerwear est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Planificateur(trice) marchandises pour joindre son équipe planning à Montréal.

L’entreprise conçoit et distribue des produits de mode haut de gamme, avec une présence à travers plusieurs canaux de vente, incluant les boutiques, outlets et entrepôts.

Dans ce rôle, tu participeras à la gestion des revenus, des inventaires et de la performance produit à travers un volume élevé de SKU. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes allocation, merchandising, achats et opérations afin d’assurer le bon niveau de stock, au bon endroit, au bon moment.

Ce qu’on t’offre :

Voici ce que l'on t'offre pour ce rôle de Planificateur(trice) marchandises:

• Salaire entre 90 000 $ et 100 000 $, selon l’expérience
• Bonus annuel
• Poste permanent, temps plein
• Horaire de 37,5 h/semaine, du lundi au vendredi
• Horaire d’été avec les vendredis terminant à 13 h
• Bureau à Montréal, secteur Chabanel, accessible en transport public
• Mode hybride : 2 jours à la maison
• 3 semaines de vacances

Tes responsabilités :

• Analyser les ventes, les revenus, les inventaires et la performance produit afin d’identifier les risques et opportunités
• Gérer et mettre à jour les fichiers de planning, flowcharts et suivis Excel liés aux ventes, stocks et prévisions
• Suivre les niveaux d’inventaire à travers les entrepôts, boutiques et outlets afin de prévenir les surplus ou ruptures
• Collaborer avec les équipes allocation, merchandising et achats pour soutenir les décisions de stock, réassort et performance
• Proposer des actions concrètes pour améliorer la disponibilité produit, l’écoulement des stocks et la performance commerciale

Profil recherché :

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en planning, allocation, inventory planning, merchandising, retail analysis ou rôle similaire
• Expérience dans un environnement retail, fashion, apparel, consumer goods ou à fort volume de SKU
• Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et aisance avec les systèmes, fichiers de données et outils de reporting
• Bonne compréhension des liens entre ventes, inventaire, revenus et disponibilité produit
• Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, afin de pouvoir dialoguer avec les partenaires en dehors du Québec sur une base régulière

Would you like to join a recognized company in the fashion industry, in a role closely connected to commercial decisions?

A well-established company in the apparel / outerwear industry is currently looking for a Merchandise Planner to join its planning team in Montreal.

The company designs and distributes premium fashion products, with a presence across several sales channels, including stores, outlets, and warehouses.

In this role, you will be involved in managing revenue, inventory, and product performance across a high volume of SKUs. You will work closely with allocation, merchandising, buying, and operations teams to help ensure the right stock is available in the right place, at the right time.

What’s offered:

- Salary between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on experience

- Annual bonus

- Permanent, full-time position

- 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday

- Summer schedule with Fridays ending at 1:00 p.m.

- Office located in Montreal, Chabanel area, accessible by public transit

- Hybrid schedule: 2 days working from home

Your responsibilities:

- Analyze sales, revenue, inventory, and product performance to identify risks and opportunities

- Manage and update planning files, flowcharts, and Excel tracking tools related to sales, inventory, and forecasts

- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses, stores, and outlets to help prevent overstock or stockouts

- Collaborate with allocation, merchandising, and buying teams to support stock, replenishment, and performance decisions

- Recommend concrete actions to improve product availability, inventory flow, and commercial performance

Profile sought:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, allocation, inventory planning, merchandising, retail analysis, or a similar role

- Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, consumer goods, or a high-SKU-volume environment

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with systems, data files, and reporting tools

- Good understanding of the relationship between sales, inventory, revenue, and product availability

- Bilingual in French and English, in order to communicate with partners outside Quebec
