Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Operations, the Manager of Rehabilitation Services provides strategic, operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for rehabilitation programs at St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation services of both sites of St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre (Lasalle and South Bay Road), ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-informed, and person-centred care. Working closely with physicians, professional practice leaders, interprofessional teams, community partners, and organizational leadership, the Manager will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional patient outcomes.
