The CAO will also oversee financial management, risk analysis, and be the primary ambassador for the organization, fostering strong relationships with the community and stakeholders. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a post-secondary degree in a related discipline, a minimum of five years' experience in senior leadership, and a proven track record of working collaboratively with a Board of Directors in a regulated environment.
