This executive will be responsible for defining HR priorities, leading workforce planning, and promoting a culture of excellence that emphasizes accountability, inclusion, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent management, staff development, and total compensation, and will be instrumental in shaping the HR function to support the company's ambitious national housing mandate. Applicants for the Vice President, Human Resources position at the company should have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, with advanced HR certifications being an asset. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in senior HR leadership roles is required, with a proven track record in complex organizational settings.
