Industry Transportation/Trucking/Railroad Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. This executive will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth, with a focus on doubling revenue in the next three to four years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling mid-market businesses, particularly in service-based, logistics, healthcare transportation, multi-site, or similar operationally complex environments. The COO will be responsible for partnering with the ownership group to drive strategic and commercial growth, building a high-performing leadership team, and strengthening operational discipline. Additionally, the role involves helping to define the culture and long-term value of the organization. Candidates for the COO position at the company should be growth-oriented, commercially and operationally driven, and have a proven track record in a similar leadership role.
