The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a focus on leading the day-to-day operations and driving the business's growth in scale and complexity. This role is pivotal in sustaining the strong growth trajectory, deepening integration, and cross-selling across the portfolio. The SVP/GM will also be responsible for shaping and commercializing the company's AI-enabled product portfolio, particularly in the areas of AI-powered care coordination and decision support. Key responsibilities include setting the strategic vision, owning P&L performance, and managing the business against EBITDA margin targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex, multi-product SaaS organizations within the healthcare sector, with a strong emphasis on AI and emerging technology solutions. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a business or P&L leader, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred. The role requires a leader with a strong background in integrating and cross-selling product portfolios, as well as experience in driving the commercialization of AI-powered solutions. The SVP/GM will be expected to build and lead a high-performing organization, champion innovation, and ensure a strong customer experience. Experience in the health system, health plan, or convener markets, and familiarity with care coordination or decision support solutions, is considered an asset. The role also demands a leader with a broad general management capability, including strategy, go-to-market execution, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
