What youll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team youll use your expertise in financial services products and customer service to help clients as they manage their day-to-day banking needs. As a Senior Client Service Representative whether its taking the lead to answer questions assisting with transactions or proactively connecting clients with the right team members youll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. Youre flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience youre flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

This role supports Banking Centres located inside the Toronto Pearson International Airport (Terminals 1 and 3) with 365-day operations and extended hours of business. Youre flexible to work our banking centre hours as this role requires rotational shift work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5:00 am and 11:00 pm. Schedule will be subject to change and will include early mornings late evenings weekends and statutory holidays and will be determined by CIBC based on business needs.

To work at CIBCs Toronto Pearson International Airport (GTAA) locations all employees must successfully obtain Transportation Security Clearance from Transport Canada.
