About the role.

TheSalesCoordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing sales documentation processing customer ordersmaintainingrecords and ensuringaccurateandtimelycommunication with customers and internal stakeholders. This role plays a keypartin supporting day-to-day sales activities and delivering excellent customer service.

Whatyoullbe doing.

• Process customer orders quotations and sales-related documentation.
• Maintainaccuratecustomer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate order entry tracking and follow-up activities.
• Prepare reports spreadsheets and sales performance updates.
• Assistwith invoicing purchase orders and other administrative processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
• Support the sales team with scheduling document preparation and data management.
• Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensuretimelyorder fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Assistwith special projects and other administrative duties asrequired.

Whatyoullneed to be successful.

• High school diploma orequivalent;post-secondary education in Business Administration is considered an asset.
• Previousexperience in sales support administration customer service or office coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred skills.

• Experience with ERP CRM or order management systems.
• Experience processing sales orders andmaintainingcustomer records.
• Knowledge of agricultural manufacturing or distribution operations is considered an asset.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting the sales process managing documentation and helping customers. TheSalesCoordinator works closely with the sales team and internal partners to help keep orders records and customer communication organized and on track.

Compensation Package:$52600.00 -$70200.00 * CAD annually

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
