  • Sound knowledge of CMHC Housing Programs and Mortgage Loan Insurance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English), including negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.

It would be great if you also had:

  • A professional designation such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified in Real Estate Finance (CRF), or any other recognized designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC).
  • Experience in data analytics, business analytics, and financial modeling, with a proven ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize complex information to formulate recommendations, and provide strategic advice.
