Chief Psychologist, Forensic Services About the Company Highly regarded local healthcare provider Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Non Profit Founded 2017 Employees 10,001+ Categories - Health Care - Healthcare - Medical Care - Ambulatory Services - Ambulance About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Psychologist and Director for Forensic Services. This key leadership role involves partnering with system leaders to achieve the company's healthcare goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational decision-making, including the development and execution of operational and business plans. They must demonstrate strong leadership to foster an innovative, positive working climate, and a client-centric culture. The role also requires the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization, develop partnerships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological services. Candidates for the Chief Psychologist and Director, Forensic Services position at the company must have a recognized Doctorate in Psychology, be licensed and in good standing with a professional association, and have 3-5 years' experience in the provision of psychology services. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, and at least 3-5 years in a leadership position with progressive advancement. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the healthcare system, relevant legislation, and the ability to coach and develop others. They should exemplify ethical practices, professionalism, and personal integrity, and be committed to a diverse, culturally competent, and safe health system. The role requires a leader who is adept at financial management, risk assessment, and is a champion of continuous improvement and a learning culture.
