Run Your Own Company This Summer
Youve worked hard your whole life. Sports school summer jobs and internships. You know what effort costs.
This summer put it toward something real: your own business.
SWMP is an 8-month program (winter through fall) where you learn to run your own business. Youll spend the winter and spring building it from scratch (sales hiring planning).
Then run it all summer as the general manager.
You will handle real customers a real crew and will be responsible for a real P&L.
What youll actually do:
Build and lead your own crew: hiring training and managing people who count on you
Sell and win your own customers before the season even starts
Own your budget your margins and your bottom line
Report on real numbers (revenue costs profit)
Youll work part-time during the first semester and full-time in the summer
Who this is for:
Youve got something to prove and youre tired of waiting for permission to prove it

Average earnings during the 1st year are 27k - 29k.
