A team‑oriented individual with a strong focus on safety, personal responsibility and integrity, and who is highly self‑motivated. The ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude while working independently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment is vital in this role.

  • Develop and maintain lifecycle cost (LCC) models and asset strategies that optimize asset performance, reliability, risk, and total cost of ownership throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Establish long‑term asset plans, including refurbishment, replacement, modernization, and end‑of‑life strategies for critical mobile and fixed assets.
  • Conduct asset health, risk, and economic analyses to support capital investment decisions and prioritize asset renewal initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to asset reliability, safety, environmental performance, and operational continuity.
  • Develop business cases and capital investment recommendations based on lifecycle cost analysis, risk assessments, and operational requirements.
  • Identify, scope, and support the delivery of capital projects that enhance asset performance, reliability, and long‑term value.
  • Provide asset management input into annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range asset investment strategies.
  • Support financial governance processes through accurate asset reporting, capital budget reconciliation, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effective utilization of asset data within asset management and maintenance systems to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project teams to align asset strategies with business priorities and production objectives.
  • Participate in maintenance strategy reviews to ensure maintenance programs support lifecycle performance and cost optimization objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers, planners, and technical professionals in asset management best practices.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical, risk, and financial information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to organizational capability development.
