Chief Executive Officer (CEO) About the Company Prominent manufacturer of industrial weigh scales Industry Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong operational background and a keen commercial focus. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that the company meets its sales, production, installation, and service targets in a cost-optimized and safe manner. This role involves providing strategic leadership for the operational management of a large-scale industrial manufacturing and service organization, driving customer relationship excellence, and leading sales strategy development. The CEO will also be responsible for overseeing the technical design and innovation of industrial scale systems, leading financial planning, and ensuring the company's growth objectives are met. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' C-level management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in continuous improvement and key manufacturing techniques. Experience in business development, sales, and customer service is essential, as is a background in manufacturing with a focus on welding systems. The ideal candidate will have an engineering-related university degree and a strong understanding of best practices in management. Key success factors for this role include the ability to grow the business profitably, assist the sales team in driving growth, and ensure the plant operates efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards.
