The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing a high-performing, patient-centered emergency medicine program that delivers safe, timely, and high-quality care in a complex, high-volume environment. This pivotal role involves leading physician engagement and performance, supporting system transformation, and ensuring alignment with regional health system objectives. The Chief will also be instrumental in preparing the Emergency Medicine program for significant organizational changes, including the opening of a new hospital, and will oversee physician HR planning, professional development, and academic initiatives within the department.
