We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. If you enjoy providing exceptional hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Recommend menu items, daily features, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and service stations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
• Support other team members to ensure exceptional service during busy periods.
Qualifications
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant is preferred.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience using a POS system is considered an asset.
• Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain) is considered an asset.
