Job description

Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en analyse technique des coûts dans un domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez aux côtés de collègues collaboratifs et innovants. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de l'efficacité des coûts et le soutien au développement des produits à l'échelle de l'organisation. Au quotidien, vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes de différents secteurs de l'entreprise (ingénierie, approvisionnement et fabrication), développerez des méthodologies d'analyse des coûts et favoriserez une culture axée sur la maîtrise des coûts au sein des équipes d'ingénierie, et bien plus encore. Vous serez plus particulièrement responsable de créer des modèles de coûts pour des familles de produits, tout en contribuant à l'identification et à la formalisation d'occasions de réduction des coûts. Nous comptons sur vous pour : Appliquer ou développer des méthodologies permettant de calculer le coût technique des composants/systèmes tout au long du cycle de développement des produits Développer des méthodes d'analyse des coûts pour les composants/systèmes Proposer des améliorations de conception ou de procédés de fabrication afin de réduire les coûts techniques Promouvoir une culture de maîtrise des coûts au sein des équipes d'ingénierie Fournir des ventilations détaillées des coûts afin de soutenir les activités d'approvisionnement et de négociation Partager les commentaires des fournisseurs et formaliser les occasions de réduction des coûts À propos de vous Nous accordons plus d'importance à la passion et à l'attitude qu'à l'expérience. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll play a key role in driving cost efficiency and supporting product development across the organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing), develop methodologies for cost analysis, and promote a cost-conscious culture in engineering teams, and much more. You'll specifically take care of creating cost models for product families, but also contribute to identifying and formalizing cost-saving opportunities. We'll look to you for: Applying or developing methodologies to calculate the technical cost of components/systems throughout the product development cycle Developing cost analysis methods for components/systems Proposing design or manufacturing process improvements to reduce technical costs Promoting a cost-conscious culture within engineering teams Providing detailed cost breakdowns to support sourcing and negotiation activities Sharing supplier feedback and formalizing cost-saving opportunities All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
