The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing governance, shaping the organization's strategic direction, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of programs that benefit the member base. This role is pivotal in providing strategic guidance, particularly in the areas of program design and alignment with member needs. While prior governance and leadership experience is an asset, it is not a mandatory requirement.
