Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and AMS activities across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM processes, with mandatory experience in Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Supplier Contracts. Experience with additional Oracle Fusion SCM modules is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and improve supply chain business processes.
Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes.
Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations.
Perform impact analysis, defect resolution, and production support activities.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Integration teams.
Provide functional guidance and recommend Oracle best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
8+ years of Oracle SCM Functional Consulting experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Strong functional expertise in:
Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (Mandatory) Oracle Fusion Purchasing (Mandatory) Oracle Fusion Supplier Contracts (Mandatory)
Experience with one or more additional Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
Product Information Management (PIM)
Procurement
Self-Service Procurement
Cost Management
Manufacturing
Supply Planning
Supplier Portal
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
Knowledge of Oracle approval workflows and BPM.
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI.
Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and AMS support.
Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
