Vice President, Seniors & Integrated Quality Care About the Company Mission-driven organization providing healthcare services to the local community Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Non Profit Founded 2021 Employees 201-500 Specialties - seniors' care and long-term care About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Seniors and Integrated Quality Care. This executive role is pivotal in providing strategic and operational leadership across long-term care operations and a diverse portfolio of clinical and community-based services. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing an integrated model of care, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and accountable services, and driving operational excellence. This includes a strong focus on quality improvement, risk management, and performance oversight, as well as building and sustaining relationships with various external partners to position the organization as a leader in innovative seniors' care. The ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare executive with a proven track record in leading clinical operations within complex, regulated environments. They should have a deep understanding of long-term care, community-based services, and integrated models of care. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic growth with operational discipline, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of integrated seniors' care. The VP will work with a team of experienced leaders to drive consistency, strengthen accountability, and support a high-performing and stable environment, all while being aligned with the values of compassion, excellence, inclusivity, and creativity.
