The successful candidate will be a senior advisor with a strong background in political, regulatory, and stakeholder environments, and a proven ability to guide clients through complex, high-stakes issues. This role involves delivering practical and strategic advice to clients, leading and mentoring high-performing teams, and driving business development within the public affairs sector. The Vice President will also be responsible for overseeing major client engagements, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and contributing to the growth and development of the public affairs service line. Candidates for the Vice President, Public Affairs position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 12 years of relevant experience. The role requires a leader with a demonstrated record of client success, business growth, and team leadership at a senior level. The ideal candidate will be an expert in areas such as political risk assessment, legislative strategy, stakeholder mapping, and outreach, and will be adept at providing integrated solutions to client challenges. Strong relationship management skills, the ability to influence outcomes, and a commitment to the values of the firm are essential. The role is suited to a strategic thinker who can set direction, mentor emerging leaders, and is willing to take on moderate travel and high-level client engagements.
