We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer with 7 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SPFx, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern SharePoint development, customizations, integrations, and production support while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Develop custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, extensions, and reusable components using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, workflows, and page templates.
Build and integrate solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
Participate in solution design, development, unit testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and enhancements.
Prepare technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD), deployment guides, SOPs, release notes, and support documentation.
Follow coding standards, secure development practices, version control, and release management processes.
Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, participate in sprint planning, and provide technical estimates.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power Platform technologies.
7 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
Strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, permissions, managed metadata, search, lists, libraries, and reusable components.
Experience integrating SharePoint with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
Hands-on experience with PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Online Management Shell, and deployment scripting.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub, version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure Services and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
