Executive Director, Long-Term Care Home About the Company Mission-driven operator of senior living communities Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held Founded 1968 Employees 501-1000 Specialties - long term care - nursing home care - retirement homes - consulting - and management consulting About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a new long-term care home in Tillsonburg, Ontario. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, community partnership development, and the implementation of a robust recruitment strategy. The role also involves ensuring operational readiness, leading the team to deliver exceptional resident care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive senior leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in health or social services, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cultivating strategic community partnerships, a deep understanding of long-term care legislation and healthcare trends, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with operational agility.
