  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business through team leadership, client relationship management, business development, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Support technical excellence by providing guidance, quality oversight, and strategic direction on wildlife and environmental projects.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, including experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and environmental assessment frameworks across Western and Northern Canada.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to technical excellence, including proposal development, technical reviews, and report writing.
  • Professional designation (e.g., R.P.Biol., P.Biol., or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain registration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
