What & Why:
We are looking for a People Enablement Lead to join our clients People Enablement & Experience team, playing a key role in strategic planning and operations for the People, Culture & Transformation department. In this role, you'll lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, manage budgeting workflows, and oversee a portfolio of corporate services that supports the broader business. You'll partner closely with cross functional teams and external agencies, manage end to end projects from intake through delivery, and help drive continuous improvement across planning processes and tools. You'll work cross functionally across P&C without direct reports, navigating competing priorities and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This is a hands-on, evolving role suited to someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up.

They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver, and you should be able to head into their office once in a while for ad-hoc meetings
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic planning and corporate services within a scaling business
- Experience in People and Culture functions such as people operations, learning and development, total rewards, or talent management
- Strong vendor and agency management experience, with the ability to lead project briefs from start to finish
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executives
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or SharePoint
- Strong ability to influence and drive results without direct authority
Compensation:
This role pays $110,000 to $120,000 per annum.
