Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a Master’s degree considered an asset, and a professional HR designation is also an asset. The role requires proven experience in senior leadership, executive advisory, or similar roles, preferably in municipal or public sector organizations, and a strong understanding of municipal governance structures.
