Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a talented engineering team, defining technical strategy, and building scalable, secure cloud solutions that cater to enterprise customers in various environments. This role demands a collaborative leader with a strong background in cloud-native platforms, modern infrastructure, and software delivery, including AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code. The Head of Engineering will also be expected to have a deep understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, enterprise compliance frameworks, and secure software development. In addition to the core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving AI adoption within engineering organizations and possess a collaborative leadership style that fosters innovation and continuous learning. Strong customer-facing and solution architecture experience is essential, as the role involves partnering with executive stakeholders and leading complex cloud transformation initiatives.
