Job description
Cook Job Description
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, menus, and company standards.
  • Measure, portion, and prepare ingredients before cooking.
  • Ensure food is cooked, presented, and served in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Store food properly and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
  • Minimize food waste and maintain proper portion control.
  • Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5:00 AM 1:00 PM
  • Flexibility required to work afternoon shifts when needed
