The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective leadership of corporate services, including finance, procurement, security, facilities operations, and maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's corporate infrastructure supports the safe, consistent, and high-quality delivery of patient care. The Vice President will also be accountable for the stewardship of the organization's financial resources, leading financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in business or a related field, a CPA designation, and 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of integrated strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's strategic plan, as well as fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
