Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect verify and organize incoming shipments inventory and warehouse supplies.

• Pick pack label stage and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Review work orders shipping documents packing slips dispatch schedules and inventory records to ensure order accuracy.

• Coordinate outbound shipments and assist with dispatch activities to support timely deliveries.

• Load and unload trucks while following proper warehouse safety procedures.

• Move products and materials between receiving storage production and shipping areas.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks hand trucks order pickers carts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with inventory counts stock replenishment product relocation and warehouse organization.

• Maintain clean organized and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.

• Follow established operational procedures quality standards and workplace safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors dispatch personnel and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.

• Ability to understand work instructions shipping documents dispatch schedules and standard operating procedures.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to bend lift twist push pull reach and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand walk and remain physically active for up to 8-hour shifts with occasional extended hours as needed.

• Dependable attendance strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work overtime weekends or additional shifts based on operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations shipping and receiving inventory control dispatching distribution order picking material handling logistics or fulfillment is preferred.

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is an asset but not required.

• Familiarity with warehouse management software and barcode scanning systems is a plus.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $20.25 $29.25 per hour

Compensation is based on experience qualifications geographic location and client-specific pay guidelines. HireFrontier complies with all applicable federal state and local wage and employment laws.
