Job description
Founded in 2002, Vida Spas offers uniquely luxurious, personalized traditional and healing spa experiences including treatments based on the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda. With four locations currently serving clients in Vancouver and Whistler, we are always looking for talent to join our Vida family. Job Description: Guest Service Agent

Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and customer service.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for customer service and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
  • Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
  • Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone, by email and in person with precision and with special details noted.
  • Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
  • Cohesively work with others in a fast paced environment.
  • Team oriented with ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and all other departments.

  • Competitive Wage: $23/hr. and $24/hr. after a probationary period.
  • Extended Medical to Employees who work 30hrs + (Vida covers 50% of the monthly premiums).
