Vice President, Finance About the Company Pioneering provider of laser vision correction & eye care services Industry Medical Practice Type Privately Held Founded 2018 Employees 1001-5000 Specialties - laser vision correction - crm - emr - ophthalmology - optometry - lasik - refractive surgery - and iol vision correction About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their dynamic and rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, operational finance, FP&A, controls, and process optimization. This role demands a strategic and operationally involved financial executive with a proven track record in leading financial transformation and process optimization initiatives. The Vice President, Finance will be responsible for driving change across the finance function, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and operational scalability. They will also act as a trusted business partner to the CFO and the executive team, contributing to decision-making, and will be actively involved in governance processes. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a CPA designation and a minimum of 10-15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience in complex, operationally intensive organizations. The role requires a candidate with strong expertise in financial reporting, operational finance, FP&A, and a proven ability to lead financial transformation and process optimization initiatives. Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, and a background in supporting growth through acquisitions and organizational evolution, are essential. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English, with a leadership style that is entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and highly adaptable, and will be recognized for their strong business acumen, collaborative approach, and ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
