  • Maintain and enhance enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and connectivity services.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity best practices, identity and access management, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and security issues.

  • Lead and support cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled and cloud-based solutions.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for advanced cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security challenges.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver technology projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures while providing mentorship and knowledge sharing across the ITS team.

Your Experience and Expertise:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Understanding of cybersecurity and identity management best practices.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion while adhering to privacy, security, and organizational policies.
  • A self-motivated approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve concerns efficiently.

As a multi-site organization, a valid Ontario Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required to support work across multiple locations as needed.
