This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Bilingual (English/French) Quotations Specialist in Boisbriand, Canada with Signify.

• Prepares sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinates with sales representatives and other departments to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
• Communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support the sales performance management.
• Adheres to the quote/deal/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy.
• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing the correct maintenance of prices of our customers (Strategic customer discounts and net prices/Deals/Special Price Agreements/Promotion conditions/Project Quotes and rebates) ensuring compliance with existing contracts, completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
• Provides training to the sales organization on quotation process and tools (updates and new sales employees).
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives of the quotation process, ensuring increase of speed, quality and customer satisfaction.

More about you

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge in sales processes and business operations.
• Experience in customer service or sales in an internship or co-op a plus.
• No specific licenses required; however, proficiency in CRM and sales quoting software (CPQ Configit) certifications is advantageous for effective performance.
• Technical aptitude through education, hobby, or experience a plus.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.

Développer des rapports standards et des analyses commerciales liés aux soumissions afin de soutenir la gestion de la performance des ventes.

Respecter les processus de soumissions d’entente commerciale, de tarification et de promotion, y compris les politique en matière de prix.

Coordonner avec les équipes des ventes et du marketing la mise à jour adéquate des prix des clients (rabais stratégiques, prix nets, ententes spéciales de prix, conditions promotionnelles, soumissions de projets et remises), en veillant à la respect des contrats existants, à l’exhaustivité et à l’exactitude des données, ainsi qu’à la livraison dans les délais demandés.

Offrir de la formation à l’équipe des ventes sur les processus et les outils de soumission (mises à jour et intégration des nouveaux employés).

Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue du processus de soumission afin d’accroître la rapidité, la qualité et la satisfaction de la clientèle.

En savoir plus sur vous Bilinguisme en anglais et en français. Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, ventes, marketing, génie ou dans un domaine connexe, afin d’assurer une base solide des processus de vente et des opérations commerciales. Une expérience en service à la clientèle ou en ventes dans le cadre d’un stage ou d’un programme coopératif constitue un atout. Aucune certification particulière n’est requise; toutefois, une maîtrise des logiciels CRM et des outils de configuration, tarification et soumission (CPQ Configit) ainsi que les certifications associées constituent un avantage. Une aptitude technique acquise par les études, des loisirs ou l’expérience professionnelle constitue un atout. Les candidats doivent être légalement autorisés à travailler au Canada sans parrainage de l’entreprise, maintenant ou à l’avenir.
