The successful candidate will lead a large, diverse team and be responsible for strategic leadership in enrollment growth, customer experience enhancement, and the development of initiatives that align with institutional and business unit priorities. This role requires a senior leader who can inspire a strong team culture, foster collaborative partnerships, and lead the development of marketing and sales strategies. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the budget, revenue targets, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the strategic goals of the department and the institution. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have extensive senior-level strategic leadership experience, a proven track record in leading diverse teams, and a strong financial acumen. The role demands a leader with a desire to implement change in a collaborative manner, an acute customer focus, and sharp commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a background in workforce development, higher education, and experience in grant development and project management. A relevant degree is required, with a master's degree considered an asset. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of understanding technology and markets that drive transformation in training and assessment services and should be immersed in the latest thinking around higher education and training. Excellent communication skills, and a general working knowledge of project management, CRM, organizational development, and LMS, are also essential.
