Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the Company A newly public diversified industrial and infrastructure services company with strong growth potential. Industry Construction Type Public Company About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its newly formed public entity. The CFO will be instrumental in establishing the financial architecture, governance framework, and investor profile of the organization. This role is pivotal in the transition to a public company, combining the discipline of the public markets with the agility of a growing operating platform. The successful candidate will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading all aspects of public company financial reporting, governance, and compliance. Responsibilities also include supporting capital allocation decisions, designing scalable financial systems, and building a high-performing finance function to support the company's growth and acquisition activities. The ideal CFO for the company will be a CPA-designated finance executive with a proven track record in public company environments, particularly during periods of growth and transformation. They should be a trusted advisor, comfortable with strategic decision-making, and have experience in acquisitions, capital markets, or multi-entity organizations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance discipline with agility, and who is driven by the opportunity to shape the financial future of a newly public company. Integrity, accountability, and a collaborative leadership style are essential for earning the credibility of stakeholders at all levels.
