The successful candidate will serve as the key representative of the company in Quebec, engaging with members, the provincial government, media, and local stakeholders. This leadership role involves setting and managing the annual operating budget for the Quebec division, leading local stakeholder outreach, and acting as the company's primary spokesperson in the region. The CEO will also be responsible for achieving business and strategic results, including membership and program revenue growth, and will be a key member of the company's national leadership team, contributing to the achievement of strategic goals across Canada. The ideal candidate for the CEO position in Quebec will be an engaging and strategic leader with significant experience in government or industry, including trade associations. They should have a proven track record of organizational leadership, be a natural relationship builder, and an excellent communicator. The role requires a leader who can promote internal cooperation, foster a culture of shared leadership and collaboration, and is proficient in preparing and delivering presentations on relevant topics. The CEO will work closely with the national President & CEO and the national leadership team to ensure that the company's strategic plan is effectively executed and that the interests of the members are well-represented and advocated for at both the provincial and national levels.
