Company Overview

Bridgestone Canada Inc. (BSCA) compte environ 1600 coéquipiers. Bridgestone Canada inc. employs approximately 1,600 people. The Bridgestone, Firestone, Dayton, and associated brands and their products are distributed and sold through BSCA, its network of independent dealers. These products are designed for passenger cars, light and medium‑duty trucks, forestry products, and agricultural vehicles. They include small, medium, and large off‑the‑road tires, as well as retreads. In addition, in Quebec, BSCA operates a tire manufacturing plant located in Joliette. With state‑of‑the‑art facilities, this eco‑responsible plant, one of the greenest in the Bridgestone Group, offers superior quality products while reducing its environmental impact.

This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for integration projects, working closely with clients, technology partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementations. Integrations include both TireConnect integrating with third‑party platforms and external systems integrating with the TireConnect platform. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of APIs and cloud‑based integrations with excellent project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, QA, and support teams, as well as external technology partners.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and lead technical meetings, track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Review API documentation and assist partners with technical onboarding and implementation planning.

  • Assist with prioritization, planning, and resource coordination for ongoing integration initiatives.

  • Work closely with development leadership to ensure integrations align with product strategy and technical architecture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Self‑motivated with a high degree of ownership, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a distributed team.

  • 3–5 years of experience leading and managing software integrations, technical implementations, or enterprise SaaS projects.

  • Strong understanding of cloud‑based SaaS applications, software integration architectures, and modern integration patterns, including REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and webhooks.

  • Experience with API authentication methods, including OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and JWT.

  • Hands‑on experience using API testing and debugging tools such as Postman or equivalent.

  • Ability to analyze technical requirements, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams, customers, and technology partners.

  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects involving software developers, QA, technical support, product management, and external technology partners.
