Senior E-Comm Project Manager

An industry-leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic e-commerce and digital initiatives. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior E-Comm Project Manager in the Retail Sector. This role will manage end-to-end project delivery across customer-facing digital platforms, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver innovative online shopping experiences while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise e-commerce and digital projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to drive successful delivery.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Oversee UAT, production releases, change management, and post-launch hypercare.
• Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an asset.
